What to write to us about

Help with the app or the online version: tell us your device, the book and the screen where the problem happens.
Accessibility: tell us which screen reader or settings you use (for example VoiceOver, TalkBack, larger text). These reports decide which fixes we do first.
Mistakes in a book or translation: send the book title, the language and the sentence.
Subscriptions and refunds: purchases in the iPhone app are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page. The online adventures are a one-time purchase through Gumroad: if it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund it in full.
Schools, teachers and press: we are happy to talk about using PageWalker in a class.
